Practice Focus and Experience
Burr Udall is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on insurance defense litigation. Burr also handles general civil and commercial cases, including appellate litigation. He is frequently called upon to serve as a mediator or arbitrator.
Representative Matters
- For 50 years, Burr has represented insurance companies and their insureds in all aspects of insurance litigation, including first party, third party, and bad faith litigation.

- In 1997, Burr was awarded the Walter E. Craig Distinguished Citizen Award by the Arizona Bar Foundation. In 2001, Burr was named the Defense Lawyer of the Year by the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association.
