Practice Focus and Experience

Burr Udall is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on insurance defense litigation. Burr also handles general civil and commercial cases, including appellate litigation. He is frequently called upon to serve as a mediator or arbitrator.

Representative Matters

• For 50 years, Burr has represented insurance companies and their insureds in all aspects of insurance litigation, including first party, third party, and bad faith litigation.
