Practice Focus and Experience
John J. Brady has an active practice in commercial transactions and real estate matters. He is involved in transactions for the purchase and sale of both improved and unimproved real estate, including negotiations, drafting, and closings. He also handles the drafting of loan documents and leases. In addition, he performs general contract and commercial work, including formation of business entities, advising business clients, and handling a variety of transactions for those business clients. Over the years, John has tried numerous lawsuits involving commercial disputes, as well as real property disputes. He has also defended numerous attorneys, accountants, and real estate agents and brokers in malpractice claims. He has also represented both property owners, as well as contractors before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, as well as handling litigation for such parties in court. John’s practice also includes representing landowners in varying aspects of land use law including development, government regulation, planning, zoning petitions, variance requests, and Special Land Use Applications.

- Landlord’s counsel for leasing activities of office and commercial development.
- Buyer's counsel for various multimillion dollar offices, retail, industrial and residential developments, including the financing thereof, in the State of Arizona.
- Tenant’s counsel for leasing of offices & commercial projects.
- General counsel to exempt organizations.
- Borrower’s counsel to G & T Cooperative Electric Company in obtaining financing from the U.S. Government, as well as other sources.
