Practice Focus and Experience
Lori Petersen has been a trial lawyer for 24 years. She practices general civil litigation, with an emphasis on First-Party (uninsured/underinsured) and Third-Party Insurance litigation, and tort cases involving complex or extensive medical issues. Lori has tried well over 50 jury trials in her career. Her practice also emphasizes real estate and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Udall Law Firm in 1988, Lori worked as a public defender at the Pima County Public Defender’s Office.
