Practice Focus and Experience
Ms. Thompson (formerly Michele G. Alsentzer) practices in the area of civil litigation, including medical malpractice, personal injury and employment law. She focuses her practice on representing hospitals, physicians, employers and other insureds in complex litigation.
Representative Matters
- Defends healthcare providers in medical malpractice litigation.
- Represents national insurance carriers and insureds in personal injury and general negligence litigation.
- Represents major corporations and small businesses in litigation involving discrimination, wrongful termination and personal injury claims .
- Successfully obtained dismissal of lawsuits alleging elder abuse under the Arizona Adult Protective Services Act.
