Practice Focus and Experience
Peter Akmajian is a trial lawyer who is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. His practice focuses on professional malpractice, as well as commercial litigation and employment law. Mr. Akmajian has tried approximately 30 jury trials to verdict, which have included wrongful death, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, commercial disputes and employment law. In addition to his fellowship in the American College of Trial Lawyers, Mr. Akmajian is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the International Association of Defense Counsel, and Defense Research Institute. Mr. Akmajian is listed in the Best Lawyers of America. Mr. Akmajian has been certified since 1998 by the State Bar of Arizona as a Specialist in the area of personal injury and wrongful death. Mr. Akmajian is honored to have served as a judicial law clerk for Vice-Chief Justice Frank X. Gordon of the Arizona Supreme Court, from 1984-85.

- Defended lawyer in trial of malpractice claim in which $13 million verdict was sought.
- Defended and tried numerous medical malpractice cases.
- Represents Costco in liability claims in Southern Arizona.
