Practice Focus and Experience

Ryan Redmon is a trial lawyer who practices in the areas of criminal defense and general civil litigation. He represents those accused of crimes ranging from major felonies to misdemeanors. He also represents individuals and companies in personal injury, commercial litigation, and construction defect claims. Ryan has tried approximately 25 jury trials to verdict. Prior to joining Udall Law Firm, Ryan was a Deputy Prosecutor in the Major Felony Division of the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Representative Matters

• Represents individuals charged with crimes including major felonies, drug offenses, and driving under the influence

• Represents national insurance carriers and their insureds in personal injury and general negligence litigation

• Represents individuals in personal injury, breach of contract, and professional malpractice claims

• As a criminal defense attorney, successfully defended individuals charged with a wide range of felonies and misdemeanors

• As a deputy prosecutor, obtained hundreds of convictions for major felonies, including attempted murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault, and burglary

• Obtained a $1.35 million verdict judgment in a plaintiff’s personal injury claim.
