Michael L. Linton has over 10 years of experience in litigation, handling health care liability, elder abuse, professional board review matters, and complex tort cases. He began his legal career as a Deputy County Attorney with the Pima County Attorney’s Office, where he served in the Criminal and Civil Divisions, prosecuting homicide, fraud, and other felony matters. Mr. Linton received the County Attorney’s Top Gun Trial Attorney of the Year award in 2009 and has also received the Tucson Police Department’s Chief of Police Citation of Excellence. Since 2011 he has defended health care professionals and entities in medical malpractice litigation. He has presented at seminars on the topics of trial practice, medical malpractice, and elder abuse. Michael is rated AV “Preeminent”® by his peers in Martindale Hubbell.
