Jeanna Chandler Nash and Thomas D. Laue, a partner and of counsel with Udall Law Firm respectively, have won a dispute on behalf of our client relating to a judgment creditor’s ability to collect on a business case judgment, successfully protecting our client’s community property assets from potential collection.

In a separate and unrelated matter, Ms. Nash and Mr. Laue obtained an arbitration award in favor of our client in a dispute over the development of a website based commercial business and the operations of the related business entity.
