Thomas D. Laue, of counsel with Udall Law Firm, has obtained a $596,000 cash recovery for a landlord client on a commercial real estate lease. As part of Udall Law Firm’s Commercial Litigation Group, on behalf of the landlord, Mr. Laue succeeded in enforcing the terms of the lease, keeping the tenant in place.

In a separate matter, Mr. Laue has won a preliminary injunction for a homeowner client to enforce the neighborhood CC & R’s, directing a neighbor to clean up debris piles, remove boats and trailers, and clear out a menagerie of farm animals.
