  Amy S. Chapman and Thomas D. Laue, an associate and of counsel with Udall Law Firm respectively, have won a preliminary injunction on behalf of a homeowner against a neighbor to enforce the terms of a recorded easement. The neighbor has been directed to stop interfering with the use of the easement by placing impediments therein.
