$14.0 Billion Dollar Claim Dismissed

The commercial litigation group is pleased to announce the dismissal of a $14.0 BILLION dollar claim brought against a client. Based upon an alleged violation of a pro se plaintiff’s constitutional rights protecting his claimed art work, the case was dismissed with prejudice after two motions to dismiss. While the damage claim was possibly inflated, our group’s experience defending all types of actions was again highlighted with a quick resolution of these 42 USC Sec 1983 and 1985 claims.

This case was lead by Tom Laue, Of Counsel, and Jeanna Chandler Nash, Partner. At Udall Law Firm, our commercial litigation attorneys offer a broad range of proven experience and are well equipped to take an aggressive approach to resolve any dispute on behalf of our clients. We work with each client to determine if settlement or trial is the best way to resolve each case.
