Michele G. Her extensive experience in assisting medical professionals navigate HIPAA rules when they’ve encountered a breach of patient data offered clear points to be considered for all medical practioners.

Ms. Thompson practices in the area of civil litigation, including general negligence, medical malpractice, personal injury and employment law. She focuses her practice on representing hospitals, physicians, employers and other insureds in complex litigation. Ms. Thompson has represented healthcare providers, including physicians, dentists, and nurses before regulatory agencies on matters concerning discipline and licensure.
