Multi-Million Dollar Deficiency Avoided In Property Mortgage Case

  The Commercial Litigation Group is pleased to announce a favorable client result: The Group obtained the release of a $3.2 million commercial property mortgage loan guaranty in exchange for the payment of $5,000 and the conveyance of the property to the lender, thus avoiding a multi-million dollar deficiency. This case was lead by Jeanna Chandler Nash and Thomas D. Laue, a partner and of counsel with Udall Law Firm respectively.
