Formerly of counsel for the firm, Laue focuses his practice in commercial litigation in the State and Federal Courts, representing clients in real estate, intellectual property, contract, construction, investment fraud and RICO cases throughout the country. In bankruptcy creditor’s rights cases, Tom represents lenders, creditors, debtors, and trustees.
Mr. Laue’s professional affiliations include Arizona State Courts, U.S. District Court of Arizona, Illinois State Courts, Northern District of Illinois Federal Court, Wyoming State Courts. Mr. Laue received his bachelor’s degree in 1982 from The College of the Holy Cross and his law degree from the John Marshall Law School in 1991.
