Maxwell T. Riddiough practices in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate, construction, employment and general business matters.  He has litigated a wide variety of proceedings in state and federal court and has considerable familiarity with all facets of civil litigation, with an emphasis in business, real estate, construction, collection, receivership and bankruptcy disputes.  In addition to his litigation practice, Max also drafts and negotiates a wide range of documents pertaining to commercial real estate transactions, entity formation, and corporate governance.  He also regularly advises business owners and corporate directors regarding a diverse array of operational and compliance issues.

Before entering private practice, Max worked as a criminal prosecutor in the Pima County Attorney’s Office and gained substantial experience in trial practice.  In total, he has conducted over fifteen jury trials and approaching seventy-five bench trials, evidentiary hearings, and administrative hearings in his career to date.  As a law student, Max served as a judicial extern for the late Justice N. Patrick Crooks of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and served on the editorial board of the Wisconsin Law Review, graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School with a curricular concentration in real estate law.
