Rhoda Folkers

D. Burr Udall is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on insurance defense litigation. Mr. Udall also handles general civil and commercial cases, including appellate litigation. He is frequently called upon to serve as an arbitrator, mediator, and special master, and has testified as an expert in insurance law. Burr is rated AV preeminent by Martindale-Hubble and is listed a Southwest Super Lawyer again in 2017 and is a member of the Arizona Chapter of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.


Representative Matters:

  • For over 60 years, Burr has represented insurance companies and their insureds in all aspects of insurance litigation, including first party, third party and bad faith litigation.
