Melissa Noshay-Petro, or “Mimi” as she is commonly known is a native Tucsonan and practices in the areas of business transactions, real estate, and estate planning and probate.  Mimi represents individuals and organizations in connection with the formation, operation and sale of their businesses, and real estate including leasing, employment, financing, and general business matters. In addition to helping her clients build their businesses, she helps protect them and their families through estate planning.
